China’s NEV penetration at retail is expected to be around 37.9 percent in September, up from 37.3 percent in August. China’s new energy vehicle (NEV) sales are on track to hit a record high for the second consecutive month in September, after a slight dip in sales in July. Jaguar Land Rover announced Thursday that current Jaguar EVs will soon have access to Tesla Supercharger stations in North America, while all future EVs from the Jaguar brand will include the Tesla NACS charge port.  Next-generation EVs from the brand, set to launch in 2025, will have the NACS port, with no need to use an adapter. On September 12, China’s State Administration for Market Regulation and National Administration approved three key aspects of ChaoJi-1, the next-generation version of the GB/T standard currently used in the Chinese market.
